BAM Analytics is finally ramping up, as is the 2018-19 Dragons Basketball season. At the halfway mark of the season, the Dragons sit at 7-4, nearly on pace to match their 15-10 record from a year ago. Prepping the stat sheet prior to the Dragons tilt with Mooresville on January 14. Through the first half of the season senior shooting guard Matthew True remains the most efficient player on the floor with a 120 offensive rating. He is trailed by Gizzi(116) and Eastes(114.5). Interestingly, Jacob Hockett holds the fourth highest offensive rating on the team, despite playing only 31 minutes. Maxen Hook has the worst efficiency rating and highest turnover rate of all players with significant minutes. Maximums Gizzi leads the team by a wide margin in FGA, AST, FTA and points. Dylan Romine has been among the most effective scorers, shooting a team best 88.2% at the free-throw line and 42.1% from 3-point range. Dawson Eastes is also having a solid season as he is shooting 48.1% from the field and leads the team with 78 total rebounds. Jack Walker surprisingly leads the team, shooting 61.5% from the field.
